This is what I was looking for and now I have it. In fact I should have had it before but it was delayed for fear of not following up properly.
About 3-4 weeks ago I had a meeting with a German football club with which I already have a relationship because I have been involved in consulting projects for many years. I asked them for one thing. I was looking for a simple collaboration: I want to license the brand to create a football (or Pokémon) card album with the club’s logo.
After a few follow-up emails I received the answer yesterday afternoon. They have proposed to collaborate with them. They offer me the possibility of licensing the brand.
It is clear that this is not offered to you for free. It is a significant investment that in total would tie up 50% or more of the loans we are about to receive.
Should we do it? These are some points in favor
It would allow us to gain brand strength and branding because the shine of an established brand is associated with us. It would be easier whatsapp data to make this type of proposal to another football club since a club has already said yes. The first one is always the most complicated.
We attract a different buyer profile than the one we have right now.
It would be an opportunity to increase sales during the Christmas period since the product would be ready to be launched on that date.
We have more products to repeat the move
If this works, I already have 2-3 products with which this model could be replicated.
It is clear that accepting the proposal how to use the priority directive involves a great risk and commitment. You have to think it over carefully before making the final decision.
The simple fact of having a calendar has changed things in the organization of our business. Yes, it is true that for a little less than a year we have been working in a “wild” way. Well, at least my team. I have always had one but now we also work with this tool together as a team.
1 Reminder or organization tool?
2 Space for meetings and another for work
3 Visual organization
Reminder or organization tool?
For many a calendar is simply a reminder material data for relatives’ birthdays or to take out the trash (here in Germany there are specific days when different types of trash are collected and if you don’t take out the trash can for each item you miss the collection).
That is the first question. If you use the calendar for now only as a reminder tool you still have a lot of potential for improvement.
