Our growth tactics to reach 80k in sales on Amazon in May

It was coming but I didn’t expect it to be so bad. April is being a bad month. Turnover and profits will fall by 20%. The hope was to maintain the momentum of the beginning of the year and be able to maintain the sales pace of the beginning of the month. This is not being the case. In May things have to change.

Optimize Pokémon listings

Here we have work ahead and pending. There are still many listings pending optimization. We also need work routines to do A/B tests that are not punctual. Here once again we have to get our act together. What we have done so far for our own products has fallen short. We have a lot of they indicate this in their potential to increase sales with advertising. We have started but I would say that we are still at 5% of the potential that this thing has for us.

Increase ROI and margin

We need to check if there is a way to optimize it by raising prices. We have material data raised prices in the past and we have reviewed the data two weeks later to see the effects. Here it is possible that we should continue with this tactic for more products and more tests.

Upload new listings

We have products that are in stock but are still not uploaded. There are fewer and fewer left but there are some. Here we also have to complete the list or rather reduce the pending work.

Then there are the other sales channels such as our Shopify and Ebay. These channels have also fallen without having yet seen the detailed figures.
