The idea of Acuoia Growth Partners (AGP) came about because we were no longer completely comfortable with the name of the “Beguerrilla” agency. We sat down and thought about how an agency should be focused in 2024. The conclusion was that what was really needed today was a non-agency.
I don’t know if it’s pure coincidence but it feels like the Amazon agency model is collapsing. In both Spain and Germany there are large agencies that have fallen and closed. It may also be a simple consequence of the crisis that is generally being felt.
Since February we have already started the process
We are talking with two more to include them within one of the AGP programs. The difference is that it is not the client who chooses us but it is a process where through due diligence both partners have the opportunity to identify if there is a good fit.
One thing that is already being email data seen and which is an essential advantage over the agency model is our identification with what the partner does. We take the product that we are going to sell.

Space for meetings and another for work
Every meeting requires preparation. Just we find it difficult to audit their priorities as you have to block out meetings, you have to do it with the preparation time that they require. The alternative is to work spontaneously, not prepare the meetings or only prepare them halfway.
Ask yourself these questions.
What (important) meetings do I have this week?
When will I prepare them?
Do I have time reserved for them?
Visual organization
I like to scan. Not only texts or now YouTube videos but also my calendar. To do this I do a simple thing that I usually avoid material data in spreadsheets: use colors to differentiate between different client and internal projects.
