What percentage of your Christmas sales should you spend on Amazon?

We have been preparing for this holiday season all year. In less than two hours I will take two people from my team back to the airport after spending a week at home to help us ship products from Germany to Amazon warehouses.

We have made and will make a significant effort to make everything go well. It is always interesting to share this information with other sellers.

1 50% turnover as a goal
2 30-50% for most sellers
3 20% or less
50% turnover as a goal
Now is the time. Many people are looking for a Christmas gift for their loved ones. It is not so complicated to sell at this time if you know what you are doing. We have more than ambitious goals. More than 500k in two months is a big deal. At least for us.

30-50% for most sellers
Most sellers will probably be in this range. It is probably not too good to have such a high dependency for these dates. I also tell you that otherwise it would probably not be so fun either.

20% or less
If you calculate the two months of the year equally as a percentage, they are 2/12 of the year. We are talking about roughly 17%. So those sellers who have 20% or less do not see a positive impact on their sales. This could be the case for seasonal summer products that are already sold much less in winter and are hardly affected by the Christmas season.
