As I said, I’m not looking for anyone right now. At least not consciously. I have certain requirements of things I look for in people so they fit in with the rest. Some criteria are basic but necessary. Others are just as special because we all are.
Good people
No matter how good you are, if I or the rest of the team don’t like you, it won’t work out. Sympathy is key and opens the doors to starting a professional career together.
I want to have people who love what they are doing. At best they don’t see their work as such but rather as a luxury switzerland whatsapp number data to be able to spend 8 hours or more a day doing what you are doing.
People with commitment
And above all, people who do what this doesn’t mean you can never share information they say. I want to have the confidence to be able to rely on the person without having to be behind them. I want to not have to be present for the work that needs to be done to get done.
No hidden agenda. There may be conflicts of interest. OK, let’s discuss it together. This is the starting point for finding a solution.
People with aspirations
They are not satisfied with the material data status quo. They contribute before demanding. They use actions instead of words. They make themselves indispensable because they generate results day after day.
You will have noticed that I do not mention experience at any point. If you have it, great because it is an extra bonus. I doubt that if there is a point missing from the list I will be able to consider someone to be part of our team.
Living and working between two worlds
We also like the idea of living in two worlds: in Germany and Spain to be more specific. Summer in Alicante is nice but also very hot. Summer in Germany (except this one when it rains non-stop) can be milder and less intense. Winter in Germany is quite depressing. From October onwards you see more grey sky than anything else. You can spend two weeks where you don’t see the sun. So it can make a lot of sense to travel between both worlds to get the best out of each place.
As I said, I’m not worried about getting older because I’ll continue doing what I do today: playing sports, working, spending time with friends and family. Nothing changes except the number of wrinkles on my face and the grey hairs on my head (if I’m lucky enough to keep my hair until then).
